Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients across various sectors
  • Providing expert advice on complex corporate tax issues, including compliance and advisory services
  • Preparing and reviewing corporation tax returns and tax computations
  • Leading tax planning and advisory projects such as restructurings, R&D tax claims, and international tax considerations
  • Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior members of the tax team
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and ensuring clients remain compliant while identifying tax-saving opportunities

About You:

  • CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with solid experience in corporate tax
  • Strong technical expertise in UK corporate tax legislation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a client portfolio and deliver tailored advice
  • Experience in mentoring or supervising junior team members
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex tax matters clearly and confidently to clients
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on problem-solving
