Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and tax planning opportunities.
  • Reviewing tax returns, computations, and advisory work prepared by junior staff.
  • Providing strategic tax advice to clients, including tax-efficient structuring and planning.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members to enhance their professional development.
  • Keeping up to date with tax legislation and ensuring best practices are maintained.
  • Working closely with senior management to develop and implement tax strategies.
Requirements
  • CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or working towards qualification).
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
