Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and tax planning opportunities.
- Reviewing tax returns, computations, and advisory work prepared by junior staff.
- Providing strategic tax advice to clients, including tax-efficient structuring and planning.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members to enhance their professional development.
- Keeping up to date with tax legislation and ensuring best practices are maintained.
- Working closely with senior management to develop and implement tax strategies.
- CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or working towards qualification).
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
