The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you'll work directly with the CFO and senior leadership team to provide strategic financial analysis that drives business decisions. This isn't a traditional reporting role - you'll be expected to challenge, influence and add genuine commercial value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial analysis for major commercial decisions and capital investments

About You

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven business partnering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. More important than your technical accounting skills is your ability to translate complex financial data into actionable commercial insights.
