The Finance Director will play a critical role in overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring the financial health and sustainability across all of their business divisions. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial management within the construction industry. The successful Finance Director will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) with experience of operating at the SLT level within the construction or engineering industries. This position will be based on site with an adult approach to flexibility. This is an exciting time to join this organisation as they embark on a growth plan with the eventual target of a company sale.
