The Role

The Person

Requirements as a Finance Director:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive experience in financial leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to manage complex financial operations within a manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial systems and proficiency in developing and implementing new processes.
