Sonic Summary

The role is for a Finance Manager in a busy accounts team of 15, reporting to the Financial Controller in Northampton.
Candidates should be AAT Qualified, a CIMA/ACCA studier, or QBE (qualified by experience) with a focus on career progression.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience, and requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities include month-end reporting, P&L production, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis, among others.
Benefits include study support, onsite parking, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a contributory pension.

You will be working with a busy, buzzy, friendly and hardworking accounts team of 15 reporting to the Financial Controller (who has a wealth of experience you can draw from) who reports to the Finance Director. This role will suit someone who is AAT Qualified and/or a current CIMA/ ACCA studier, or a non-studier/ QBE (qualified by experience). Person:

AAT QualifiedCIMA/ ACCA studier/ non studier – QBE (qualified by experience)
Looking to process your career or remain at this level, both options are possible in this role
Confident on Excel including Pivot tables, V-lookups and SUM IF’s
Good communicator
Able to work on your own initiative
