This is a newly created role due to continued growth in which my client requires a Finance Manager, responsible for managing the companies Finance Operations. Supported by the CFO, the role holder will develop departmental analysis, a management pack, budgeting and forecasting and other continuous improvement initiatives. This is an opportunity to use developed skills to positively impact a successful and growing business.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee financial operations of the company including:

  • Month end accounting and reconciliations including stock and multiple currencies
  • Preparation of monthly accounts
  • VAT returns
  • Fixed Assets
  • HMRC for PAYE & P11D
  • Timesheets
  • Parts Costing
  • Budgeting & forecasting
  • Cashflows
  • Departmental and project reporting
  • Monthly reporting packs for Directors
  • Management of 1 x direct report

Profile

Knowledge and Experience

  • ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified
  • Experience operating in a similar capacity
  • Experience of managing others
  • Experience of implementing departmental analysis and excel reporting models is desirable
  • MS office, in particular Advanced Excel
