This is a newly created role due to continued growth in which my client requires a Finance Manager, responsible for managing the companies Finance Operations. Supported by the CFO, the role holder will develop departmental analysis, a management pack, budgeting and forecasting and other continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee financial operations of the company including:
- Month end accounting and reconciliations including stock and multiple currencies
- Preparation of monthly accounts
- VAT returns
- Fixed Assets
- HMRC for PAYE & P11D
- Timesheets
- Parts Costing
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Cashflows
- Departmental and project reporting
- Monthly reporting packs for Directors
- Management of 1 x direct report
Profile
Knowledge and Experience
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified
- Experience operating in a similar capacity
- Experience of managing others
- Experience of implementing departmental analysis and excel reporting models is desirable
- MS office, in particular Advanced Excel
