Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with a growing business to recruit a technical Finance Manager.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in the providing financial insights and support to drive business performance.
Duties Include:
- Oversee daily accounting operations using company accounting system.
- Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries.
- Process and manage purchase invoices.
- Handle credit control and manage accounts receivable.
- Process employee expenses.
- Manage accruals, prepayments, and depreciation.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Support month-end and year-end processes.
- Process payroll
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience in a relevant role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary and benefits:
The role of Finance Manager is £45,000pa to £55,000pa DOE plus annual discretionary bonuses and hybrid working.
