The Role:

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial reporting while managing relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Managing cash flow, capital allocation, and financial risk.
• Driving cost efficiency and profitability.
• Leading M&A activities, financial due diligence, and integration efforts.
• Overseeing finance systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with UK financial regulations and tax laws.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to the Finance Team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in senior finance roles, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent certification.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in strategic financial planning.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial analytics, and automation tools.
