Our client is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support their growing business. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers an exciting opportunity to provide insightful analysis and management reports to key stakeholders, manage budget planning and rolling forecasts, and lead day-to-day and long-term funding requirements. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for funders, ensuring strong relationships and regular compliance reporting.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the business. You will be responsible for delivering insightful analysis of business performance to key stakeholders, managing the budget planning process, and leading both short-term and long-term funding requirements. Your ability to maintain strong relationships with funders will be essential in this role, as you will be their first point of contact for all matters related to compliance reporting. - Deliver internal and external MI and analysis of business performance
- Maintain strong relationships with funders, providing regular compliance reporting
- Manage the budget, planning and rolling forecast processes
- Ensure departments are managing within budget and that forecasts are updated regularly
- Prepare Committee insight and decision packs for Product Pricing and Funders reporting
- Support year end and statutory obligations
- Support Financial Operations regarding cash and funding internally and with external banks
The ideal candidate for the Finance Business Partner role brings a wealth of experience in leading finance teams in dynamic environments. You ideally have an understanding of credit risk for funder reporting purposes, coupled with proven experience in manipulating and interpreting data. Your ability to make commercially astute recommendations based on data sets you apart from others.
- Recognised professional qualification in finance or related field
