Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert corporate tax advisory services to a broad client base.
  • Offering strategic tax planning solutions, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Managing tax compliance reviews and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior members of the tax team.
  • Liaising with HMRC and other professional advisors on tax matters.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong tax experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax, with exposure to personal tax beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to provide strategic tax planning and advisory services.
