This team plays a key role in shaping data-driven decision-making across retail banking products. THE ROLE

Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identifying and evaluating commercial opportunities and risks.
  • Work cross-functionally, influencing decision-making and ensuring analytics shape key business strategies.
  • Ensure insights translate into measurable business value, aligning analytics with commercial objectives.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience in credit risk, collections, or affordability analytics.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and translate analytics into commercial impact.
  • Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and/or Python.
  • A working knowledge of financial and management accounting
  • Project and line management experience
