Tax Advisory Manager

My client is a Top 20 Accountancy firm and they are seeking a Tax Advisory Manager to join their office in Northampton.

Key responsibilities:

• working within the Tax team, Client Service department and wider team to grow the tax advisory offering• travelling to other offices to visit the internal team to develop their advisory offering• spotting opportunities within the team and help develop junior staff• managing own flow of work and delegate appropriately• implementation of projects in support of Tax Directors• responding to internal tax queries from other departments• identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities

Requirements:

• Advisory experience• Mixed tax experience with a steer to corporate tax• ACA / CTA qualified or equivalent• Have a solid advisory background within Practice• previous client facing experience would be advantageous• ability to learn and develop own knowledge• good communication skills
