JobPurpose
  • Manage a portfolio of private clients, with a focus on advisory work and report writing
  • Provide tax advisory services in support of the Tax Partner, maximising fee income
  • Review tax work completed by junior staff, including quality control and constructive feedback
  • Draft detailed reports to provide accurate and comprehensive advice to clients
  • Monitor team performance, identifying knowledge gaps and providing training as needed
  • Work directly with Directors and Partners to ensure deadlines and fee recovery targets are met
  • Building trusted client relationships, proactively handling queries and problem solving
  • Keeping up-to-date with tax knowledge, championing knowledge sharing across the team
