Exciting Opportunity for Counterbalance Forklift Drivers !
Join our client dynamic team as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver and enjoy the convenience of a Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday, 6pm till 3am or 8pm till 5am shift, with an attractive pay rate of £12 per hour. Our client is located in the NN5 Northampton, Lodge Farm area and are seeking dedicated individuals to join their growing team.
Job Position: Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Location: Northampton, Lodge Farm area
Shift Schedule:
Monday - Friday OR Sunday - Thursday
20:00 - 05:00 OR 18:00 - 03:00
Pay rate: £12 per hour

Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift license and relevant experience. (ITSSAR, RTITB or AITT in date licence)
- Proven track record of operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday or Sunday till Thursday and occasional overtime if required.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Counterbalance Forklift to efficiently load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Safely stack, palletize, and organize products to maximize space utilization.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections, perform maintenance checks, and report any issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
