Join our client dynamic team as aCounterbalance Forklift Driverand enjoy the convenience of aMonday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday, 6pm till 3am or 8pm till 5amshift, with an attractive pay rate of£12 per hour.Our client is located in theNN5Northampton, Lodge Farmarea and are seeking dedicated individuals to join their growing team.
Job Position: Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Location: Northampton, Lodge Farm area
Shift Schedule:
Monday - Friday OR Sunday - Thursday
20:00 - 05:00 OR 18:00 - 03:00
Pay rate: £12 per hour

Requirements:
- ValidCounterbalance Forkliftlicense and relevant experience. (ITSSAR, RTITB or AITT in date licence)
- Proven track record of operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday or Sunday till Thursday and occasional overtime if required.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate theCounterbalance Forkliftto efficiently load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Safely stack, palletize, and organize products to maximize space utilization.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections, perform maintenance checks, and report any issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
