Position: Counterbalance Forklift DriverLocation: Northampton (Lodge Farm area)Pay Rate: £12.82 per hourShift Patterns:
- Monday to Friday OR Sunday to Thursday
- 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM OR 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM

What We’re Looking For
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift License: (ITSSAR, RTITB, or AITT certified and in date).
- Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety standards and regulations.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts with occasional overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to efficiently load, unload, and move goods.
- Stack, palletize, and organize products safely and effectively.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively to achieve daily targets and maintain productivity.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
