Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Truck (FLT) Operator for a reputable production company located in the NN5 area of Northampton. This role primarily involves operating a forklift truck for various tasks within the warehouse, including moving and organizing materials, loading and unloading deliveries, and ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the forklift truck to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse.
- Assist in the manual unloading of containers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid FLT license (Counterbalance preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Ability to manually unload containers when required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
