The position offers a salary of £13.68 for day shifts and £15.29 for night shifts, with a work schedule of 5 out of 7 days.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, along with the right to work in the UK and a National Insurance Number.
Responsibilities include stock control, manual handling, and adhering to health and safety policies.

Forklift operators are responsible for operating and managing industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into railroad cars or trucks or storage facilities.

Our ideal candidate would have experience in picking and packing. and other warehouse roles.

Requirements:

Reach truck/counterbalance licence

Right to work in the uk

National Insurance Number

Previous experience would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

Moving large stock with a counterbalance FLT;

Carrying out Line Feeding duties when needed;

Stock control;

Loading and unloading wagons;

Adhering to strict health and safety policies at all times;

Manual handling;

For this position you DO require an IN-DATE Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence;

Operating the Counterbalance forklift trucks in and around the warehouse;

Basic picking and packing around the warehouse;

Adhering to strict health and safety policies and procedures;

Loading and unloading of deliveries;

Reporting any damages to the product;

Communicating effectively within the workplace;

Identifying and labelling pallets for dispatch;

Adhering to all health and safety rules and regulations
