Purpose Of The Role:

Handling of air freight or sea freight shipments

Key Responsibilities:

Order acceptance and corresponding disposition
Shipment handling and export customs clearance (incl. dangerous goods)
Preparation and verification of freight/export documents
shipment tracking
Rate/price negotiations with carriers/shipowners and transhipment companies
Customer advice and support
Invoicing/billing
Receipt of quotation requests and preparation of (ad-hoc) offers
Complaint processing

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience of working in Air and Sea environment
Customer service experience
Accuracy & attention to detail
Commercial awareness
Geographical knowledge
Strong administration skills
Computer literacy
Resilient under pressure
