Access Engineer

Impact Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a an established company based in Northampton. They are looking to recruit for an Experienced Access Engineer to join them on a Permanent basis ASAP!

Role: Axis Engineer

Location: Northampton

Shift: Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: 35,360 - 39,520

Duties:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and installations.
• Working with various door manufacturer's equipment.
• Collaborating closely with our Service & Projects departments.
• Being flexible with working hours, including occasional weekend work and participating in the on-call system.
• Maintaining accurate records and striving for first-time fixes.
• Ensuring quality standards and adherence to company procedures.
• Upholding our reputation by delivering outstanding service.

The ideal candidate must:

• Valid CSCS Skilled Workers card.
• Preferably ADSA EN16005 Authorised Technician (training provided if needed).
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
• Experience installing commercial shopfronts and curtain wall systems.
• Skilled in manual and automatic door installations.
• Strong fault-finding and servicing abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (training provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• A customer-focused approach and positive work ethic.
