Pertemps are supported a local Public Sector client who are seeking to appoint an Administrator within their Safeguarding team during Term time (40 weeks per year).
Role Overview: Provide accurate and efficient administration support to their Safeguarding Team and the wider Group
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining and tracking of documentation and preparation of relevant documents
Liaise with the wide Group to obtain files and inputting of documents into the company system
Monitor and input information into the digital screens onsite
Offer initial information and guidance, referring staff members to appropriate internal support
Attend any relevant staff meetings
Maintain accurate up to date records
The ideal candidate would have experience within a fast pace environment with the ability to maintain accuracy. This role is based within an Education setting and will be during Term time (40 weeks per year)
Salary: 11.59 per hour
