We are seeking a talented and organised Administrator to join our busy team in Northampton. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a reactive working environment and is skilled in managing client interactions and administrative tasks efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling phone queries and providing timely responses.
- Support the service department by delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Provide quotations and renew contracts as needed.
- Produce invoices and maintain accurate records by updating relevant databases.
- Proven experience as an administrator in a busy, reactive working environment.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft applications.
- Experience in using databases is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to prioritise and react to changing customer needs in a calm and effective manner.
