We are seeking a talented and organised Administrator to join our busy team in Northampton. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a reactive working environment and is skilled in managing client interactions and administrative tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling phone queries and providing timely responses.
  • Support the service department by delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Provide quotations and renew contracts as needed.
  • Produce invoices and maintain accurate records by updating relevant databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an administrator in a busy, reactive working environment.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft applications.
  • Experience in using databases is advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to prioritise and react to changing customer needs in a calm and effective manner.
