As a Behaviour Mentor, you will support teachers and staff by helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. You'll work with a range of pupils, prioritizing those with special needs, challenging behavior, or multiple disadvantages. Your role will extend beyond education to include working with families and the wider community.

Location: Northampton, UK
Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 per annum
TImings: 8:00am - 4:00pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Leave Allowance: 13 weeks of paid holiday annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or group support
- Act as a listener, facilitator, encourager, motivator, and role model
- Minimize barriers to learning and maximize pupil participation
Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 in childcare or Health and Social Care or Equaivalent Work Experience
- 3 years of experience working with children or in the care sector or Equivalent
