CLASS 1 DRIVER – DAYS & NIGHTS

WORKING 4/5 DAYS OR NIGHTS OUT OF 7

DAYS: 06:00 START TIMES

NIGHTS: 18:00 START TIMES

Pay: £17.00 - £22.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to join our well-established client based in the Crick area.

Rates of Pay:

• Monday to Friday Days: £17.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday Nights: £18.00 per hour
• Saturday: £20.00 per hour
• Sunday: £22.00 per hour

Day to Day Duties:

Your duties as a Class 1 Driver will involve but not be limited to:

• Trunking containers and trailers between sites
• Operate and drive various Class 1 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly

Essential Skills:

As a Class 1 Driver you will need to:

• Hold a valid UK Category CE Driving Licence
• Have a minimum of twelve months experience driving Category CE vehicles
• No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes
• Have a valid UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card

Desirable Experience

• Experience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficial

Training

• Driver's Assessment will have to be completed.
