Job Title: Complex Case Property Surveyor

Department: Asset Management
Reports to: Asset Investment Manager

Role Overview:
The Complex Case Property Surveyor will oversee the management of complex property cases, including inspections, repairs, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. You will work closely with contractors and stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved efficiently, while maintaining high standards of customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Survey and specify work required to meet property standards.

  • Manage contractors to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

  • Conduct property inspections and recommend appropriate actions for complex cases.

  • Ensure compliance with contracts, health and safety regulations, and specifications during construction projects.

  • Maintain documentation, including site diaries and progress reports.

  • Provide progress updates and assist in monitoring performance indicators.

General Responsibilities:
