We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Cover Supervisor to join our team in Northampton supporting schools on a day to day / short term basis. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching staff and ensuring the smooth running of lessons during teacher absences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact in an educational environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising classes during the absence of teaching staff, ensuring that students remain on task and engaged.
  • Providing general classroom support, including managing student behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Assisting with the delivery of pre-set lesson plans and materials.
  • Offering support to students who may need additional help or encouragement.
  • Ensuring students follow school policies and maintaining good order in the classroom.
  • Supporting with administrative tasks where required.
