Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator looking for a role within a growing company that offers fit-out services to commercial / industrial clients across the region?

On offer is the opportunity to join an electrical SME that deals mostly with commercial and industrial clients; however, they do occasionally take on contracts for new build estates. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working to cost electrical fit-out projects. The role is predominately office-based, working with a small team but will require some site visits, for which a company fuel card will be provided. All site visits will be completed in a day with no need to stay away from home. There is progression available for the right candidate to a position of management and training can be provided on this.

This role will be estimating first and second fix electrical materials such as lights, sockets, LAN cables, switches and other and final connections.

The Role:

• Analysing project details for cost calculations of materials and labour
• Predominately office-based role with occasional site visits (company fuel card provided)
• Preparing accurate tenders and quotations for clients
• Liaising with suppliers to negotiate pricing
• 40 hours per week, flexitime work schedule available except where site visits are needed

The Person:

• Proven experience in electrical estimation
• 18th Edition
• Knowledge of SymPro preferable
• Commutable to Northampton
