The Role:
As Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the tendering process, overseeing a team of three estimators, and regularly pitching to customers to secure new business. - Demonstrable experience in tendering and delivering successful bids.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
