  • Carrying out take offs and the production of robust bills of quantities.
  • Prepare detailed time, cost, materials, and labour estimates for projects by analysing drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.
  • Collaborate with Clients and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimations / pricing.
  • Conduct site visits (where required) to assess conditions and gather data that may impact project costs.
  • Adjusting estimates as necessary to reflect changes in project scope or conditions.
  • Ensuring all proposed contracts and terms and conditions are reviewed.
  • Attend site meetings and ensure accurate measures and knowledge of the job is gained
  • Collate and resolve tender/client queries
  • Pricing of variations
  • Maximise sales opportunities and update sales pipeline
  • Be able to spot opportunities in tenders to secure a competitive edge
  • Report and present tender submissions, to final submission
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing to provide informed estimates.
  • Assist in the development of project budgets and rates
  • Monitoring project costs to ensure alignment with estimates.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
  • Source and order supplies as and when needed
  • Represent the company in its best interests at all times

  • Working hours 8-5
