Excellent opportunity for EUC Engineer to be part of our Cloud Infrastructure & Security services practice. Cognizant Infrastructure Services Provides IT infrastructure & Cloud services for clients across industry verticals, including both Consulting/Professional and Managed Services, across Enterprise Computing, Cloud services, Security Services, DevOps, Data Centres, End User Computing, Service Desk, Network Services and Environment Management Services.
Key Responsibilities :
- ChromeOS device management
- Chrome Browser Enterprise Support using Admin console
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Onboarding / Enroll ChromeOS devices
- Remotely deploying enterprise policies / Enforce policies
- Secure Chromebooks with device management
- Google workspace Management
- Windows OS troubleshooting
- BIOS configuration, Hardware Assest management
- End to End Administration, Maintenance, Environment Refresh, Housekeeping
- Setup printer's and print spoolers
- Working in a support team and being flexible for rotational On-call support
Key Skills And Experience :
- Experience in ChromeOS device management , Chrome Browser Enterprise Support using Admin console
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Experience in Windows OS troubleshooting , BIOS configuration,
- HAM ( Hardware Assest management ) knowledge.
- Experience in working in a support team and rotational On-call support
