Are you an efficient and process driven administrator with good attention to detail with the ability to start work straight away? Are you motivated by organising and helping others? Can you see yourself managing the means of an external temporary/contractual workforce with all admin support? This would suit someone who has some good admin experience, and is available to start a 15 month fixed term contract with a great company straight away.

Job Summary

You will manage the administration of our external workforce from start to finish. This includes handling new worker requests, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with HR, IT, and Procurement to ensure smooth processes. Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new worker requests and update databases.
  • Ensure compliance with IR35 regulations in collaboration with Procurement.
  • Work with HR and IT to ensure proper access and inductions.
  • Review worker roles for compliance.
  • Issue NDAs and other necessary documents.
  • Produce weekly reports and conduct monthly workforce audits.
  • Handle ad-hoc queries from internal teams and agencies.

As the role evolves, additional responsibilities may include:

  • Issuing agreements to new agencies.
  • Coordinating quarterly agency update meetings.
  • Conducting IR35 assessments and supporting workforce forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel) and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Experience in administration.
  • Ability to manage your workload and prioritize tasks.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident in communicating with managers and agencies to resolve queries.
  • Willingless to learn

Desirable but not essential:

  • Knowledge of IR35 regulations.
  • Experience in staffing or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with employment contracts and onboarding processes.
