- Direct accountability and responsibility for membership performance in club including sales, retention and ‘on hold’ memberships
- Be accountable for all sales, ensuring budgets are achieved and be accountable for retention numbers ensuring all activity is completed to help achieve targets
- Ensure prompt handling of all membership enquiries overseeing any escalations
- Lead your team and ensure the club is fully staffed to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Set clear goals, targets and KPIs for your team ensuring they are equipped and motivated to deliver exceptional performance and member satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience in leading a customer facing team
- Strong interpersonal skills which make you approachable to members, prospects and colleagues
- A desire to help individuals achieve their goals and to go the extra mile for the members
- Strong people management and organizational skills
- Proven track record of surpassing financial targets, success and growth
