• Lead and manage the Sixth Form, including curriculum planning, student support, and academic progress.
• Monitor and track student achievement, attendance, and well-being, ensuring the highest standards of success.
• Provide inspirational leadership to students and staff, fostering a culture of academic excellence and personal development.
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership and teaching staff to develop and implement strategies for the Sixth Form's growth and success.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and external stakeholders to enhance the Sixth Form's profile and reputation.
• Support teaching responsibilities across Key Stages, with a focus on Sixth Form teaching.

• Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role, ideally in post-16 education.
• Passionate about driving student success and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
