You’ll drive innovation, contribute to exponential growth and in turn shape the future of Commercial at City Plumbing.City Plumbing are delighted to announce Commercial at City Plumbing, a brand new venture that looks to sell the full range of products for the commercial construction market.The Role: We’re already a market leader in the domestic Plumbing and Heating sector, selling products to both trade and consumer customers. But now we are expanding into the Commercial (Non-Residential) sector too. This is why we’re excited to announce Commercial at City Plumbing has now been established offering solutions across the Commercial sector including everything from Bathrooms & Washrooms to Mechanical & Electrical Building services- selling the full range of products for commercial construction projects.As part of this new venture, we’re now looking to recruit a Head of Category to be responsible for directing and managing all commercial activities related to your categories. As Head of Category you’ll work with key stakeholders from within the Commercial Non Residential business and wider Group colleagues, you will develop and execute strategies to enhance Commercial product offering across various sectors. Driving innovation, the Head of Category will ensure that we are compliant with regulations and standards. This Head of Category requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the Commercial HVAC and Sanitaryware markets.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to drive initiatives related to all product categories that support the Commercial Non-Residential business & across the organisation.Guide a team of professionals to execute Commercial Non-Residential projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to enable the successful implementation commercial Plumbing & Heating, HVAC and Sanitaryware projects and initiativesManaging communications and engagement with key stakeholders in the business including the Sales and Operations teams to ensure that the propositions continue to grow in the right direction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the Head of Proposition owners to integrate Commercial Non-Residential considerations into product development, sales, operations, and procurement processes. Ensuring that new product ranges are embedded and understood in the key areas of the business that will sell them & that the commercial set up is in line with expectations at all times.Effectively develop and manage key supplier relationships for the propositions, to ensure that we form sustainable and profitable partnerships in the industry as well as identifying and directing the development of the Highbourne Group own label product range to support the strategy & 5 Year Plan.Monitor and investigate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of Commercial Non-Residential category led programs and initiatives.Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments related to Commercial Non-Residential, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Establish and maintain partnerships with industry stakeholders, government agencies, and other relevant organisations to advance energy efficiency goals.We’re a new team so collaboration for us is really important. Whilst the majority of our roles will be hybrid, there will always be a need for in person interaction.
