Steadman Brown are working with a successful multi-national SaaS business going through their hyper-growth phase and is currently looking for a Head of Salesforce to take a key interest in getting the most out of Salesforce and looking into the metrics to increase ROI.

You will work closely with different stakeholders across the business to manage and plan the Salesforce roadmap and incorporate other revenue-generating tech stacks into this. This hire will be a key business member to help continue the growth and achieve the company's vision. They want you to be on the hyper-growth journey with them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the RevOps and Revenue leadership teams.
  • Create a scalable and robust Salesforce roadmap that will keep up with the growth rate of the business.
  • Own and manage the revenue tech stack on top of Salesforce.
  • Manage the Salesforce team from a development and coaching point of view.
  • Own the strategy and drive the existing Salesforce and tech stack forward.
  • Work with different technology teams, including Data, Security, RevOps, TechOps, and IT.
  • Work with the L&D teams to create Salesforce and Tech tool training across the business
  • Understand what each department does and wants, to then turn the requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Salesforce and building teams
  • Experience with other revenue tech that sits alongside Salesforce
  • Strong Project management skill set: hitting deadlines, budget management, recourse
  • management, stakeholder management
  • Ideally have been working on a global level and managing stakeholders in different time zones
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • A very good understanding of Salesforce's latest features, updates, and capabilities
  • Especially around Salesforce core clouds and more niche clouds that will help ROI
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
