JOB ROLE WILL START MARCH 2025

A fantastic opportunity for a HR administrator to join this firm as part of their growth plans. This role will be considered on part time or full time hours.

You will need to be personable, highly confidential and an individual who communicates well with others.

Key Task will include the following:

  • Employee record management:

Maintaining accurate employee data, including personal information, employment details, leave records, and performance evaluations.

  • Recruitment support:

Assisting with onboarding new employees including all paperwork and DBS checks.

  • Benefits administration:

Processing employee benefits enrolment, changes, and claims.

  • Payroll processing:

Gathering necessary data for payroll calculations and ensuring timely submission.

  • Compliance management:

Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations regarding data privacy, equal opportunity, and labour standards.

  • Employee relations:

Assisting with any employee concerns as directed by management/Directors

HOURS OF WORK: 8.45 - 5pm Monday to Friday if full time.

Part time hours are also considered -either less days or fewer hours each day to fit around family life.

STARTING SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 (pro rata if part time)

HOLIDAY: Pro Rata - 25 days plus bank holidays with the opportunity to increase to 27 days plus bank holidays. An additional day is also given for your Birthday if it falls on a weekday.
