Our client is looking for a HubSpot Specialist who knows the product inside out and is passionate and interested in digital technology and AI. This position would suit a proactive individual who wants to have a positive impact on their customers and aim to become a trusted partner to their business. The selected candidate will need to be currently or recently working in an Agency.

The role:

You will be part of our Digital Transformation Team, which collaborates directly with our clients, supporting them to solve their problems, developing relationships and building trust.

Working across a range of client accounts, no 2 days will be the same and you will get to test your skills to the max in a variety of industries. You will work alongside digital strategists and consultants and marketing specialists to produce high quality work for our clients that makes a difference.

The key responsibilities:

  • Working with both our existing and new clients, onboarding HubSpot, recommending improvements, implementing new features, working on migration and integration projects. This will include ongoing consultation with customers to improve their HubSpot utilisation across the business.
  • You will be responsible for discussing HubSpot capabilities along with integration and implementation needs pre-sale, and accountable for designing a strategy, solution design and documentation post-sale.

Experience needed:

  • You will have advanced knowledge around HubSpot and its technology capability, in terms of how it can be configured and implemented to solve business problems, integrate with other systems, create opportunities for efficiencies, data management, reporting and automation across the CRM.
  • You should have technical experience of onboarding and implementation of CRM’s and/or Marketing Automation platforms along with consulting experience.
  • A broader knowledge and interest in Marketing and Operations would be beneficial.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in an agency environment
  • Can demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Is articulate and authoritative in personality and can command respect from clients and colleagues throughout the agency.
  • Able to solve problems posed by clients and internally in an initiative-taking and professional manner.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to take data and convert it into meaningful information to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Must be highly motivated and able to overcome obstacles and barriers throughout their process to ensure continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid role and will involve regular travel to meet customers face to face (UK only).
