This role requires the consistent demonstration and delivery of the following competencies:
- Implement and manage effective cleaning schedules.
- Support in monthly internal GMP audits and contribute to achieving site accreditations.
- Perform cleaning operations according to established hygiene schedules.
- Report to the Team Leader at the start of each shift for any special cleaning instructions.
- Maintain accurate hygiene records.
- Keep hygiene equipment in good working order and report any damage or issues promptly.
- Participate in necessary training as required.
- Communicate effectively with all departments across the site.
- Coordinate with the pest control contractor.
- Address and rectify defects identified during site inspections.
- Execute the scheduled spraying regime.
- Perform internal pest control activities.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.

- Counterbalance Licence:Desirable
- Essential:Experience in maintaining a clean operating environment within a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.
- Essential:Proven ability to work towards targets.
- Desirable:Familiarity with ISO 9001/BRC standards, Health & Safety, Food Safety, Hygiene, HACCP, COSHH, pest control, and relevant food legislation.
