The salary is £23 per hour for the first three months, transitioning to £32,000 per year upon permanent employment.

I am currently looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work for a top social housing provider in the Northampton area. This role is a temp to perm position working on the day to day repairs team.

In this Joiner Multi Trade role you will be responsible for:

Reactive maintenance on council properties
2nd fix joinery
Basic maintenance plumbing
Lock changes
Finishing skills like patch plastering and tiling

The right Joiner Multi Trade will have:

Experience in property maintenance
NVQ or City and Guild in Joinery
Own van and tools for first 3 months
Clean and valid driving license

In return, the Joiner Multi Trade will get:

Tenp to perm contract with Housing Association
£23 per hour for first 3 months then £32,000 per year when permanent
Company van provided after month 3 when permanent.
