I have partnered with a leading retail company, based in Northampton, who are looking to expand their team. As a Junior IT Infrastructure Engineer you will be responsible for resolving issues relating to infrastructure, server and networks.

Responsibilities:

Acting as the 1st point of contact for internal employees
Resolving IT issues via phone calls/emails/ticketing systems
Escalating issues when required
Infrastructure support
Involved in some project-based work

Requirements:

Active Directory/ Azure AD
Knowledge of Office 365 products
Networking experience- DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
Experience in supporting Windows Operating Systems and Servers
