Our client is a leading logistics company with multiple offices in the UK. This role is hybrid working with 2-4 times a month visits to their Northampton office. This is a brand new role to transition a product from an external provider they recently acquired to in house. You will take a lead of the development as well as look after a small team of 2 other developers.

Description
- Mix of hands on coding and technical decisions / leadership
- Leading the development team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
- Implementing innovative Angular solutions to enhance business operations.
- Collaborating with other departments / key stakeholders to understand and meet their technological needs.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
- Continuously improving the development processes and methodologies.
- Providing technical guidance and leadership to junior team members.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Profile
Must haves:
- Angular
- Mobile AND web experience
- AWS
- Driving Licence
Nice to haves:
- Lead a small team in the past
- Develop applications within Google Play Store and Apple App Store
