Pertemps is partnering with a local college to find an enthusiastic Lecturer in Agriculture to join their land-based team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and informative lectures in agriculture.
Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure they meet industry standards.
Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback.
Support students in their academic and professional development.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the program.

Requirements:
Experience with arable and livestock farming.
In-depth knowledge of various farm machinery.
Educated to HNC level or equivalent vocational experience in agriculture.
Passion for farming and staying updated with the latest sector developments.
Additional qualifications such as NPTC in Tractor Proficiency, PA certificates, or safe telehandler operation certificates are desirable.
Prepared to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education).
Minimum of grade C or equivalent in GCSE English & Maths.
Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD).
