The Role:
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will oversee the children during their lunch break, supporting them while they eat, play, and socialize. You will promote positive behavior, encourage good manners, and ensure the lunchtime environment is safe and enjoyable for all pupils. You will also work closely with other staff members to maintain order and assist children as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground during lunchtime.
  • Ensure children follow school rules and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Promote good table manners and encourage healthy eating habits.
  • Provide support for children with additional needs or those who require assistance.
