What we’re looking for

  • City and Guilds/ NVQ qualified OR proven experience in one of the above roles.

  • Experience with handheld devices for efficient task management.

  • Experience working in both occupied and unoccupied environments.

  • Understanding of health and safety legislation.

  • Ability to work in diverse conditions—indoors, outdoors, on roofs etc.

  • Flexibility to travel between sites as needed.

Emergency Out-of-Hours Call-Out

  • Weekly standby allowance: £248.59

  • Call-out rate 1 (Monday-Saturday): £23.06

  • Call-out rate 2 (Sunday and bank holidays): £30.31
