Multi-Trade Operative Northampton - £22 per hour / £43k per annum (ongoing contract)
Were working with a Housing Association who are looking to hire a number of Multi-Trade Operatives within their Property Services Team for void works as follows:
- Based in and around Northampton (Corby & Kettering depots)
- £22 per hour paid via Umbrella (falls within IR35 so LTD co not eligible)
- Rolling contract, 3 months minimum but likely ongoing
- Focused on empty homes (voids) within social housing, bringing properties back up to habitable standards ready for LET to tenants.
- Predominantly kitchen fitting, tiling, door hanging, flooring etc, so carpentry background would be ideal (although all trades considered)
- You will need to provide a CV detailing your complete work history in this regard, demonstrating experience in the above tasks
- Driving license essential, van provided
- Must have an Asbestos Awareness Certificate as well as full eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction.
