Our client, an established, Northampton-based construction company, is looking for an experienced MultiTrade Operative to join their team.

The Role

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be an essential part of the team, working on a variety of tasks from carpentry to plumbing and tiling. You will operate across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship is delivered efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and plastering tasks
• Complete work to a high standard, adhering to all safety guidelines
• Operate independently and manage time effectively across multiple job sites
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues
• Use company-provided van to travel to and from sites
