We are seeking an Onsite Planning Executive to join our team and become the driving force behind our prestigious customer's satisfaction.

Onsite Co-ordinator, Northampton

  • Job Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract
  • Days: Monday - Friday (please note that for your first 1-2 weeks you will work Monday - Friday based in Brackmills Northampton for training)
  • Location: Northampton, Panattoni Park (onsite with our client, Royal Mail)
  • Salary: £26,500 - £27,500 per annum
  • Start Date: 14th October 2024
  • End Date: 10th January 2025 (with the possibility of an extension)

Available Shifts:

  • Earlies: 5.30am-2.30pm (Monday - Friday)
  • Lates: 1.30pm-10.30pm (Monday - Friday)
  • Nights: 9.30pm -6.30am (Monday - Friday)

Day to Day of the role

  • Oversee shift fulfilment to meet customer Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage the worker sign-in/out process and documentation.
  • Support accurate and timely payroll processes for customer submissions.
  • Resolve worker queries regarding pay and general issues promptly.
  • Aid the recruitment team with local attraction and recruitment activities.
  • Handle the induction, onboarding, and engagement of new starters.
  • Provide HR support for issue management and formal case management.
  • Complete necessary reporting and participate in meetings and briefings.
  • Maintain training and systems records.
  • Address worker attendance issues and implement follow-up actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, processes, and systems.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with team members, workers, and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in performance, systems, and processes.
