Location

My client is looking for a Parts Manager to effectively manage and develop a national parts distribution business that supports a large branch and dealer network across the UK & Ireland. The role is a senior management opportunity that would involve both branch based and field based duties, however the successful candidate would need to be commutable to a Head Office location in the East Midlands area.

Salary

Salary is commensurate with experience but guidelines are around the 40K mark as a basic plus a company vehicle, bonus scheme plus many incentives are also included such as a pension scheme with life-assurance/illness cover, 25 days holiday, structured career development plus more. Experience

The ideal candidate for this position would have a detailed parts background and would have some experience of managing people and a team. In addition you would be an ambitious individual with good customer awareness and will have had some exposure to using similar parts systems or after-sales processes. You will be a proven man-manager who leads from the front and has an excellent track record of driving sales through effectively managing a team. It is essential that you are well presented, professional, organised, ambitious and self motivated.
