Our client based in Northampton require an enthusiastic PropertySales Administrator to join their team working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.
  • Progress property sales and liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, estate agents, surveyors, and mortgage lenders.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of property sales.
  • Maintain a database whilst ensuring all notes and updates are logged onto the company Alto CRM system and communicated to relevant parties.

Requirements:

  • Must have previous estate agency or conveyancing experience, with a full understanding of the legal process in the sale of residential properties.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build a rapport with potential buyers/clients.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • A Proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
  • Knowledge of the local area.
